Who I am

This website is run by Abhinav Dhankar, an independent product designer based in Noida, India. I am responsible for the personal information collected through it. You can reach me at abhinavdhankar88@gmail.com.

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to give me:

• When you book a call: your name, email address, your product's website, what's on your mind, and anything else you write in the booking form. Booking is handled by Calendly.
• When you email me: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• When we work together: the information needed to scope, deliver and invoice the work, such as your company name, billing details and the brief you share.

What I don't collect

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and I do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. Downloading a guide or a PDF does not require your email address.

How I use it

I use your information only to:

• prepare for and hold the call you booked,
• reply to your messages,
• deliver and invoice work you have agreed to,
• meet legal and tax obligations.

Where data protection law asks for a legal basis, I rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract with you, my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, and legal obligations.

Services I use

A few trusted providers process information on my behalf:

• Calendly for booking calls,
• Google (Gmail) for email,
• Zoom for video calls,
• Netlify to host this website, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security,
• Skydo for invoicing and receiving international payments.

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

Client work and your product data

When I audit your product, I sign up with my own account and use sample data I create myself. I never need access to your customer data. Everything I produce is handed over to you, and my working copies are deleted within 14 days of delivery. Nothing goes into my portfolio without your written approval.

How long I keep it

Booking details and emails from people I don't go on to work with are deleted within 12 months. Invoices and contract records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU, Australia, the US and India, you can ask me to:

• tell you what information I hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• stop using it for a particular purpose.

Email abhinavdhankar88@gmail.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the supervisory authority in your EU country.

Children

This site and my services are meant for businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date below.
